Most print companies and disc companies have a minimum 14 days turn around.

However, we can prioritise your order and do faster turnarounds. Please appreciate that we have to ‘all hands on deck’ to satisfy orders that come without a 14 day turnaaround window. As a result it costs us more time and money to pause other client run to insert an emergency order. It is not a problem but here’s the deal…

We will then see if we can fit this in usually we can fit in an order by pausing other orders that are already within our 14 day turn around period.

What does print ready mean?

'Print ready’ is an industry term that means that a piece of art or design meets ALL the required factors for printing to press, digital press or disc printer or robotic printer.

To make print ready art means that you fully understand the print industries requirements for: RGB, CMYK, BK, PGBK, registration, crop marks, legal colour density for disc or paper, colour bleed, JPEG, PDF, conversion to paths, asset resolutions for print and dpi.

If you do then we just take you art and can process it in the most cos efficient manner and give you a smooth turn a round.

IF you don’t and we have to call you then this costs us time and money to save you having an order that has gone wrong.

What does master ready mean?

For duplication production not replication!

(Technical terms that have different meanings)

In very simple terms ‘master ready' means that you have already created a disc that will play on domestic machine.

In reality however you disc may only play on the machine or machines that you have tried it on. Occasionally clients will have made a disc that they think is ok, however they may have made a disc that will only play on certain brands or systems. For just £25 we can test your disc to ensure that it is has maximum compatibility for what is called minus ‘R’ playback for either CDs or DVDs.

Add 10% standard fees (Noon date from receipt of print ready artwork and master ready disc).

Under 7 days 'turn around' for orders over £150

Add 20% standard fees for under 7 days (Noon date from receipt of print read artwork and master ready disc).

Under 14 days 'turn around' for orders under £150

Add a fixed £35 fee to your order (Noon date from receipt of print read artwork and master ready disc).

Under 7 days 'turn around' for orders under £150

Add a fixed £40 fee to your order (Noon date from receipt of print read artwork and master ready disc).
